Subscription Terms and Pro Disclosure

1. Monthly and yearly plans

SproutShout Pro is offered as a monthly subscription and a yearly subscription. Both plans unlock the same level of service; they differ only in billing period and the price displayed in your local storefront.

The exact product name, localized price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms are displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before you authorize payment. Prices and taxes can vary by country and may change under store rules.

2. What Pro includes

• AI Identify, Diagnose, and General plant-care chat modes;
• optional image attachments and selected plant context where supported;
• Weather Assist guidance based on a location you choose;
• export of normal SproutShout plant-sharing files; and
• the monthly usage allowances listed below.

Core local plant care, receiving/importing a shared plant file, and owner-update workflows may remain available without Pro as described in the app.

3. Monthly usage allowances

Allowances reset by calendar month according to SproutShout’s backend time. Unused requests do not carry forward and have no monetary value. A request may be reserved when processing begins; duplicate or failed reservations may be reconciled by the service.

If Identify explicitly asks for one more image after a low- or medium-confidence result, the app may grant one short-lived, one-time refinement that does not consume another Identify request. If you decline or cancel that refinement, the grant is revoked; your next unrelated image uses the normal allowance.

4. Payment and automatic renewal

• Apple or Google charges your store account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the selected period unless you cancel before the store’s renewal deadline.
• The store may charge within the period stated in its purchase terms before renewal.
• Any free trial or promotional offer converts to a paid renewal unless canceled before the deadline shown by the store.
• The store handles payment methods, taxes, billing issues, refunds, and price-change consent where required.

SproutShout does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

5. Cancellation, expiration, restore, and refunds

You can manage or cancel through the Manage control in SproutShout or through your Apple or Google account’s subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.

Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal. You ordinarily keep access until the end of the paid period unless a refund, revocation, billing failure, or store decision ends entitlement sooner. In accelerated store sandbox tests, renewal and expiration can occur much faster than in production.

If an active purchase is not recognized, use Restore and then Sync in SproutShout settings. Make sure the device is signed in to the store account that purchased the subscription. See subscription troubleshooting for more help.

Refund requests are decided by Apple or Google under their policies. Canceling future renewal is not the same as requesting a refund.

6. Service and limit changes

We may change features, providers, models, or future usage allowances to maintain product quality, safety, and sustainable operation. Changes apply prospectively and remain subject to applicable law and store rules. The purchase interface will show the subscription being offered before you buy.
